Following the release of our 2nd generation Paxton readers that include Genuine HID Technology?, it is possible to reduce disruption for users by managing the reader volume and LED brightness using the Net2 Function cards. There are two function cards available, Net2 Silent Operation card and the Net2 LED Dimming card. Present the function cards to the reader within 2 minutes of powering up the reader.
Net2 Silent Operation Card – will silence the reader beep at the reader
Net2 LED Dimming Card – will dim the LEDs on the reader; there are several levels of brightness achievable
